Susan and Al had such a special wedding day! It was a blending of two very different cultures, the bride has a Chinese heritage, while the groom has a Nicaraguan heritage. We started the day at the bride’s parents’ home where they celebrated the traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony. Next we went to Elizabeth Park in Hartford for the first round of portraits. We weren’t able to stay there all that long, as this very humid summer day decided that it was a good time to have a downpour! After going to The Simsbury Inn to change, we next went to Rosedale Farms in Simsbury, CT for a second set of portraits. Lastly we went to The Riverview for the American ceremony and reception. The black and red color scheme looked beautiful, and Dragonfly filled the entire venue with multiple arraignments and CT Party Pros created the perfect lounge area for those that need a break from dancing. We hope that you love the photos!
