Candace Jeffery Photography's Blog bio picture
  • Welcome to our blog!

We believe in love. Real, passionate love that lasts a lifetime. For the past 9 years we've been lucky enough to have the privilege of freezing special moments of love for many happy couples. We find it extremely fulfilling to be able to photograph couples during this time. It is our goal to develop lifelong relationships with our clients. The love that we share as husband and wife for each other and our 3 children inspires us to photograph other couples in love.

Some quick technical stuff: Candace graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2002. Josh began photographing weddings with Candace in 2006. We are members of Professional Photographers of America, and the ever exciting CT PUG group. We limit ourselves in the number of weddings that we take on per year, so that each of our clients to feel like they are the only ones we have. We believe that the beauty that we capture on your most special day deserves to be displayed only with the highest quality products. We never want our clients to be anything less than 100% satisfied with our talent, professionalism, and passion for excellence. We are based in CT and are available and excited to travel internationally to photograph your event!

A Gouveia Vineyards Engagement Session – Caitlin and Gerry!

An Elizabeth Park Family Portrait – The Suski’s!

The Suski’s are one of my favorite families to photograph, and it was so nice to have 1 year old Mason join up this time.  Larissa Lake Makeup Artist helped Tiffany get camera ready (not that she needed any help at all!!!) and we did this portrait session at Elizabeth Park.  Enjoy the photos!

A Water’s Edge Wedding – Cara and Mike!

Cara and Mike wouldn’t let rain, wind or cold weather dampen the spirit of their wedding day.  With a great team of wedding vendors helping out, their wedding went off wonderfully.  Their ceremony was held at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Hartford, and their reception was at Water’s Edge, in Westbrook.  Naomi’s Salon did hair and makeup, A Victorian Garden did florals, Matt Fink of DMO Films was on video, and Pandemonium was their band.  Enjoy the photos!
